Maui is the second largest of all Hawaiian islands in the USA. It is among the largest of all Maui county's islands. With a total area of about 1885 sq. kms. Maui is located at an elevated point of about 10,025 ft. above the ground level. Most of the local residents are primarily engaged with tourism and agriculture. There is also a high performance computing center located in the island of the US Airforce. The observatory of Haleakala is also located in the island. Maui has a combination of both primary as well as high tech industries in the region, and employs a large number of locals.
