decent family apartment‎

this apartment is good. they have good security and neighbors. its a quiet place that is family and kids friendly. I would reccommend this to future tennants. The office staff is ok. Somtimes it hard to get a hold of them and have them stay on the phone long enough to get your question answered. Office staff is good in returning phone calls. Maintence is polite and easy to talk to. however, it does take them a long time to get things done. the apartments are nice, but the hallways smell like tobbacco. it dosen't seem like they clean the carpets very often. there are som flaws in the hallways and with the heating system, but it's not big issue. there are some bug issues that need to be taken care of.overall, it's a pleasent place to live at.
