Red Bay is the name of a city in Franklyn County of Alabama. With a total land area of 9.8 square miles at 643 ft above the sea level, it houses 3158 people according to the 2010 Census.
One of the major attractions of the city is its Red Bay Oak trees that cat a canopy over the main street.
Red bay High School is the pillar of education in the city. The school also encourages sports and athletics. Lindell Cooley – pastor, worship leader and Christian singer, and Tonya Suzanne Holly – television and film producer, are notable people of the city.
