Brief Information About Riverchase

Riverchase Alabama, which is locally known as the Galleria, is a tremendous shopping area with nearly two million acres of property. It is not actually a city and does not have its own zip code, but due to its tremendous size including a thriving community, it warrants and area all its own. Riverchase is actually located in the city of Hoover south of Birmington, one of the most popular cities in Alabama within Jefferson County. Riverchase never became the Alabama town it was envisioned to be, but is one of the first communities in Alabama history and home to the oldest planned community in the state.
