Had an appointment and they waited four days to call me and say they did not take my insurance and told me I had some other insurance. I told them they were wrong and the girl did not want to hear it. I called my insurance company verified my info call mri place back told them they were wrong tried to give them correct info and they acted like it was my fault and still cancelled my appointment even though my insurance company said to have them call them. Then they started to blame my doctors office for the mistake and still would not hear me out or call my insurance to verify Information. They have zero customer serviv e skills at all. You do not treat your customers like they are in the wrong when your employees made the mistake
