Aircraft flight training equipment are used by airlines, flight schools and military organizations. These are available for sale at Warm Springs. The kind of equipment available for sale include instruments such as scanners and intercom sets, as well as products such as watches, logbooks, charts, plotters and pens. The equipment needed varies depending on whether the training is of the theory, or has practical lessons. Logbooks are used to keep track of a pilot's flight records. A boom microphone connected to an intercom is used to protect your hearing and carry on a conversation in the cockpit with one's instructor, copilot, or passengers. Aeronotical calculations can be done on E6Bs. Plotters come with special aviation ruler that lets one draw straight lines or measure distances. Other equipment include handheld radios, flight bags, seat cushions, flashlights, fuel strainers, and Pilot's Operating Handbook, or POH for short. There may be different models available for the equipment, depending on the aircraft it is used in.
