I brought my car to their shop and they said they knew how to repair this vehicle. After months of them holding onto it, I continued to stop by, and I was given excuse after excuse of why it wasn't done. I paid them $1500 up front. When my car was eventually returned to me, it was dented in two places, the door and the fender, which when questioned how this happened they had no answers for how the damage got there. Also, after their reparations, it wasn't running properly or even safely. It had to be brought to another shop and incur more cost before it would run again. They put used parts of the car and charged twice what they should for the part. I am a female and I feel that they felt they could take advantage of me because of it.
