Exercise & physical fitness programs in West Barnstable are established for individuals to maintain mental, social, emotional & physical fitness in order to perform their assigned activities and to lessen the risk and severity of injuries and illnesses. These programs are generally strictly supervised by trainers and medical professionals, who are held responsible for assigning all fitness workout activities to the individuals under the program. Non-contact, non-competitive activities are mostly focused on in the workouts. These programs are essential for all personnel associated with emergency response activities.
