West Wendover is a small city located in the County of Elko in the U.S. state of Nevada. This city is also a part of the EMSA and is located on the western edge of the  Great Lake District. West Wendover occupies a total area of about 19.5 sq. kms and is located at an elevated height of about 4465 ft. above the ground level. Most of the local population are primarily engaged with the local tourism sector. Some are also involved with the local elementery education system in the town, the healthcare facilities and the retail sector. There are also a large number of casino and hotels in the area.
